On or about mid June 2012 I had my son for my first Summer Time Parenting Time (STPT) after about 2 days of not hearing from his mother I called to find out if she wanted to get him for her time with him. She ended up "supposed to" get him for the night, but at about 2 a.m. I'm woke up by police asking me what happened the night before. I invite them in, show them around, & they left. After a month or so the case is dropped because my son is making up different stories.
Fast forward to 7/22/2013 I get my son for my second STPT. 2 days later, on 7/24/2013, I'm waiting to get him off the bus, because he's going to Summer School at our Tribal headquarters, & it never shows up. My son has told his teacher that he was having another issue of bleeding. They started when he was 9, just as mine had started when I was 9. My father said he still does & he believes his belated father also suffered with the same issue of bleeding. Later that night the police show up. I'm eventually, 3hrs. later, arrested.
Along with my past, the bleeding issue, & my son getting on the stand, on 9/30/2013, & saying I anally raped him, (of which he is now recanting) is why I currently find myself not only wrongfully incarcerated, but unconstitutionally incarcerated.
My son's recantation along with, (if I can get help to prove that this could be an hereditary disease), is what I'd like to use to prove I'm innocent because not only am I not the one who committed this crime, but in fact no crime was ever committed in this case.
