I have been in the state jurisdiction since 09/16/2004 wrongfully convicted on the following convictions it is that many issues and violations of my state and federal constitutional rights that equals to obstruction of justice,on behalf of each (chain of command) within the judicial michigan complied laws and procedures to abide by under court of law.
At no time was I allowed a fair chance to equal protection of the laws by Michigan law my rights have been deprived by the state system on levels that are displayed in black and white, the (chains of command) assume I lack common sense to common law and the rights I have,as true result I was forced into convictions and it is felony cases I went to trial on and was found not guilty and cases I was acquitted of thru Oakland & Wayne countys due to more obstruction of justice abuse of authority's acting under the color of state laws.
I was never arrested for a felony the morning I was arrested on 09/16/2004 only misdemeanor outstanding traffic warrants,at the time of my arrest I was recovering serious gun shoot wounds that cause physical disability's and artery surgery which almost cost me my life,
The O.I.C Sgt.Gary Diaz in charge whom set me up had me place in the interrogation room,once he found out who he had in the precinct resulting no recording of interrogation or communication being held in the 9th precinct now known as the eastern district police station,told me he knew who shot me and if I give the information to arrest him he would let me go, I did not comply to give false information or do any complying to giving information based on two shootings he questioned me for equaling to murder cases he was trying to close, and one being a profiled case, as he said being a serious case under investigation on state and federal levels against the ex-mayor Kwame Kilpatrick for the city of Detroit at that time.
Sgt.Gary Diaz told me if I didn't give him something on any of the situations he put on the table he was going to make sure I got a case in Oakland ,Macomb, and Wayne county's if I didn't comply I attempted to get up and walk out I was physically assaulted by the o.I.c. being Sgt.Gary Diaz, as real result I was denied proper medical attention while in custody and treated inhumanly by the officials acting under color state law as law enforcement trying to forced cases on me that I truly had nothing to do with.While in custody my rights were violated photo line ups etc.
As a real result it is that much proof to words I speak and proof to the facts that I am innocent of all felony convictions on me at this time forced into and attorneys allowed these matters to me being railroad facts and black and white on of this to equal into ineffective assistance of counsel, prosecutor misconduct,judicial misconduct by each judge on these matters having knowledge to violations occurring.
My reason for communicating and displaying this information is because the judicial system has forced me to lose my years and my life in the free world due to police attempting to get me to comply or forcing me into a police corruption scheme and having other law agency's support the corruption by spreading false information in order to close cases that had nothing to do with me.
I request for your support,reviews,and assistance getting my legal situation in the media etc to show the corruption that many officials within the Michigan enforcements claim they are not doing against citizens well as under minding on racial tactics against minorities not able to prove the corruption being done at the time of (in-custody) proceedings.
