I was wrongfully convicted, because of an impartial jury. there were no black people on the jury and the court put duck tape on my mouth and hands during court, which made the jury think I was some kind of monster. Although the public defender called for a mistrial, the court denied it. A mistrial was called a few more times by my lawyer, but those requests were also denied.
Another reason I was sentenced to so much time was that I continued to defend myself by telling the court and jury, that I found the family like that and I would not stop saying it.
